Cannot reinstall Roon - "Please quit all instances of Roon Server before continuing..." (ref#NDS0VB)

Since release 2.0.25, Roon has two independent components that are installed on Windows: Roon and Roon Server.

Please check that you have stopped the Roon Server program before reinstalling Roon.
