Moving forward, I would like to get this report over to our tech team along with a set of your Roon logs so the team can have a closer look into this behavior you both are experiencing while trying to restore from a backup. With the above in mind may I very kindly ask you for the following:

Please gather a set of your Roon logs from the ST using the instructions found here. They can be sent to us via a “shared dropbox link” or another upload method of your choosing.
