I have an account with Tidal and its been integrated with Roon for awhile now. I have a number of favourites which I access a lot.
I went to play one of the favourites and found out that my complete list of favourites is unplayable from Roon, and I am getting a ‘Failed to load albums’, ‘failed to load tracks’ messages.
Also when I try to play an album from Tidal its saying that I have too many failures, suggesting a network issue, but I haven’t changed anything and it was working fine for the last 6 months
Incidentally when I play from my own library everything works fine
Can anybody help please?
