Description of Issue -

What is the exact port forwarding error message you see in the Roon Settings → ARC tab?

{
“connectivity”: {“status”:“NetworkError”,“status_code”:504,“error”:“error: Error: ETIMEDOUT, response code: undefined, body: undefined connected? undefined”},
“external_ip”: {“actual_external_ip”:“75.24.77.135”,“router_external_ip”:null},
“natpmp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”},
“upnp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”}
}

Auto configuration is not working with this router. In the router configuration pages, I can’t find any reference to “port forwarding”. The closest thing I see is in the firewall section, a NAT/Gaming category, but this is looking for application hosting entries and I don’t see anything about UPNP or NAT-PMP.

Hi Sami,

Take a look at this youtube video. I hope this will help.

Kind regards,

Maarten.

That did the trick!

Thanks Maarten.

Hi Sami,

Good to hear everything is working now.

Enjoy the music at home and on the go.
