Can't find UPnP or NAT-PMP in ATT router

That didn’t work. Here is the latest Roon Arc message:

{
“connectivity”: {“status”:“NetworkError”,“status_code”:504,“error”:“error: Error: ETIMEDOUT, response code: undefined, body: undefined connected? undefined”},
“external_ip”: {“actual_external_ip”:“67.aaa.bbb.ccc”,“router_external_ip”:“null”},
“natpmp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”},
“upnp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”}
}

Hi @John_Dickerson,

I’m sorry to hear that. Let’s take this back a step. Can you confirm there’s no second router in this setup, perhaps a modem/router combo installed at a building, company, or residence level?

We’ve reviewed the port forwarding rules you’ve created and compared them to those set successfully by other AT&T users with the same or similar routers. If there’s not an additional router we can Bridge, then we may need to investigate the possibility that there’s a service-provider level layer of network address translation. If that’s the case we can equip you with some questions to pass along to AT&T that might resolve the situation.

There is no other router in my setup.
