Can't play KKBOX music album

Hi, is it me only that can’t play most of KKBOX music album ? Attached screenshot “too many failure. Stopping playback” it skipped from first song to last song …

Hi @Auron_Lim . This seems like an issue that has already been reported (for some other albums).

It looks like KKBox no longer has the streaming rights for this album. Unfortunately there is a delay from this happening to our having accurate streaming status in Roon.

Are you able to play the album in the KKBox app?

@joel Sorry for late reply, I search over the artist and album, there’s no longer have the artist and album name available at KKBOX apps. As you said, the album could have been taken down.

I can play Roon’s KKBOX recommended playlist without problem though.

I may unsubscribed KKBOX if not many artists especially Asian and Japanese (understand not many Japanese artists are favor online music streaming …)

I have exactly the same problem trying to play from Roon (i.e. too many failures …) but I have no issues playing from KK Box.
