Can't re-save corrected metadata

[Ludwig (Ludwig van Marbach)]

1. For the album in question Rovi used to have Album Artist “Trio Accanto”, and is in my database with that Album Artist.
2. I had Rovi correct this to “Various Artists” which they have done.
3. If I go to Wrong Album, “Various Artists” is shown.
4. But when I press Save the correction is not carried over.

@mike, is this expected?
