Can't update ROCK from version 2.67 (build 1659)

Whenever I try to update, I’m greeted with the following message.

I’ve searched the forum and usually people report that a DNS server is missing in their Networking details. However, this isn’t the case in my situation, and my network details haven’t changed in months.

I’ve also tried reinstalling from the browser pane, alas to no avail.

Could someone more knowledgeable than me shed some light on this and if possible provide guidance on how I can further troubleshoot / resolve the issue? This is the first time ever this has happened to me in 6 years of using Roon.

Exitcode 10 is always some kind of network error. Try rebooting everything from the router inward

Thanks, I just tried, restarting modem, router, then Roon Core, in that order. I even plugged the Roon Core directly into my UDM Pro.

I still get the same error message. I can still use ARC and search Qobuz from Roon, so I’m not sure exactly where the issue lies, as the internet connection itself seems to be fine.
