Here’s some useful information.
The issue may also occur when trying to reconnect the setup as a player in Roon. I’ve found it easier to time the reconnection process using Roon. If you select the spdif output to the 2yu (yellow), wait until the player appears in Roon then select USB (white) all will be well. The output disconnects then reappears as 2Go and the USB output is now active. You don’t need any cables connected to the spdif outlets for this fix to work.
