Chord Poly Update 3.2.4

Hi to all Poly owners.

I have emailed Chord today.

Their website suggests there’s an update for the Poly; 3.2.4

In the Go Figure app it says up to date but I’m on 3.2.1

Any other Poly users unable to update to 3.2.4?


I’ve been on 3.2.4 for a few weeks now.

This is even more odd now.

Just fired up a spare iPad and downloaded Go Figure and the update is available.

I use mine as a Roon endpoint only, I noticed no post update changes anyway.

Yeah, that’s my use case also. Sits on a table with the Mojo2 as my head-fi setup.

I also updated to 3.24 a few weeks ago. I can’t recall any differences.

I think you may need to update to the latest GoFigure first.

I didn’t see the release notes on Chords website, making me think it was a mistake.

To be on the safe side I deleted and reinstalled earlier on today.

It’s slowly downloading the update on my iPad now.

Just another app that doesn’t seem to function well on my Motorola G73. Makes me thinks it’s my phone now.

May have to wait for Chord to reply.

The update keeps failing with the iPad and also an iPhone. Not had this trouble before.

May factory reset it and try again.

I also had problems updating from 3.2.1 to 3.2.4 with GoFigure telling me I already had the latest firmware - until I realized that Mojo&Poly need to be connected to a charger for the update to work! Connected it suddenly displayed correctly & I could do the update - perhaps this helps?

I had, and still have the same issue.

In the past couple of weeks/months I’ve done numerous efforts to upgrade the firmware from 3.2.1 to 3.2.4 using both gofigure app on my iphone as the config button on the poly. Even did a couple of factory resets. … without any success :frowning:

Maybe it’s a local issue ? I live in Belgium.

I’m based in Auckland, NZ, using an iPhone with the latest iOS and GoFigure app version 2.15(9), but I’m unable to update my poly from version 3.2.0.

Worth getting in touch with Chord support.

I found them pretty helpful (turned out my poly had a hardware issue that they resolved).
