Complete directions for flashing emmc

Complete newbie question:

I am looking for complete directions on how to flash the latest Dietpi to the emmc in one of my USBridges but haven’t been able to find a comptete set of directions from beginning to end. Does something like this exist?

Some users are asking the steps for flashing eMMC without disassembling the ALU case. if you know linux commands and you have spare sd card, can flash eMMC without disassembling the box.
