You probably have to setup port forwarding. Since I also have an ASUS router, it should be in a similar location in your case.
In my case 192.168.1.151 is my Roon Core’s IP address, and 55000 is the port that Roon uses for ARC. It’s a TCP connection. I’ve ended up disabling UPnP in the router settings as it was interfering with my manual forwarding rule.
I have a glass fibre modem from my provider T Mobile.
This is cable connected to my Asus RT-AX88U router.
From here i have a wireless I Mesh connection to my Asus RT- AX55.
Please the attached pictures of the router lay-out.
Hope this will give a clearer picture:-)

I have Ziggo here at home. And it came with its own Mediabox. I’ve ended up having to create two forwarding rules. One in the Ziggo modem/router and one in my ASUS.
On both routers I’ve disabled UPnP. The Ziggo router is not in bridge mode.
IP address listed is the address the Ziggo router assigns to my ASUS router. Port number listed is what Roon uses here. And has to be forwarded here as well.
As listed before my ASUS forwarding rule. Btw. Leave Source IP (Bron IP) empty. Otherwise it won’t work. Listed IP address and Port number is what Roon uses here for Roon ARC.
You’ll have to probably create forwarding rules on all your routers. Since you have 3 connected routers.
