Does anyone know how to contact qobuz? I’ve left multiple messages using the chat app on their website and sent multiple emails to support-help@qobuz.com but I never get a reply. Is there another way?

I once had to contact them for an issue. I heard back from them once every 24+ hours but no sooner. using their website:
That is what I referred to as the chat app on their website. My initial question was posted there on September 29. I got a response on October 3. I followed up the same day. Since then radio silence.
Sounds even more frustrating than my experience. As I recall there were no responses to me over a weekend either.
I posted there. Let’s see if I get a reply.

I contacted them once never got a reply.
I used the chat on the website during working hours in France - and got some useful help.
I just contacted them last week through the chat and they were extremely helpful, got back to me in a day and fixed the issue in 3.
I’m assuming the support varies a lot by region.
