Thank you for all of your suggestions when I first mentioned this. You will not be surprised to hear that none of them worked, but worth a try. As your company stubbornly refused to let us downgrade firmware to previous working version, the problem remained. Good news is that next update of firmware 1105 fixed the problem, and later releases seem to all also be fine. My views on your company’s treatment of dealers and their service to the EU does not need to be aired here, but hopefully this technical information will help someone else.
