Critique my NUC build for core + storage

Not only that, but it is a SSD that is almost always being read and rarely written to. Also, any corruption is likely very limited to something easily replaced from a backup.
I’m not an expert on this stuff, but it seems this is an aspect of a NUC build that doesn’t need to be overthought.

Thanks everyone for all your great advice. After a bunch of research, including investigating a full build, I decided to stick with the 10th gen NUC listed, but go with just one 1TB m.2 SSD for now. Looks like Ubuntu now has the ethernet driver, but have ordered a USB/Ethernet adapter in case.

Rationale - cost (same price as 8i5), want the small form factor of the NUC, future-proofing for other duties beyond roon, will implement remote auto backup of library and db’s own backup files, decided 1TB will suffice for now, but can add a SATA drive later to supplement if needed.

Will report back on installation experience!
