On a MAC is there background processes to stop, or tweaks to maximize its performance as a Server?

I just reinstalled The Macbook, deleted all the programs I could delete. installed roon server.
I run it with screen open so it does not disconnect.
You might want to install the app called Caffeine to help keep the Mac always running and not going to sleep

I’ve never understood why people install an app to do what is readily available in the OS itself? Does this thing do more?
It combines several Energy saving options into one Action. It’s up to the individual whether that’s advantageous.
Personally I prefer https://caffeinated.app/
It’s a useful app to have and can easily change multiple Mac OS settings to make things work the way that is reasonable and useful, not Apple’s default.
As @mikeb has pointedly out there are multiple apps to fulfill this need, so the need is there.
