Welcome to the community. I added the actual error message into the title of your topic because “Dekontaminator1” was not particularly informative regarding what this is about.

It would also be helpful if you could fill out the information that is requested when opening a new #support:port-forwarding-help topic. I don’t know if that was shown to you. You can copy it from here:

Roon Core Machine

<!-- Include your operating system and machine info (Model, CPU, RAM) →
<!-- Write below this line →

Networking Gear & Setup Details

<!-- Your network gear (model of routers/switches), if on WiFi/Ethernet, and if you are using a VPN–>
<!-- Write below this line →

  1. Who is your internet service provider?

  2. Please list the make and model of your modem and router?

  3. Do you have any additional network hardware, like additional routers or managed switches?

  4. Does your network have any VPNs, proxy servers, or enterprise-grade security?

That said, the error you are seeing is quite common. You probably just have to enable UPnP on the router or, alternatively, set up a manual port forwarding rule. See here, from the troubleshooting help page:

Hi @Goran_Djeric,

Are you still having issues with ARC connectivity or setup?

We’ll need to at least know how many routers are in your setup, as well as how you’ve connected your Core, to get started. Thanks!
