As of today, I am facing the third blown delivery date from Allo for a USBridge with Shanti LPS. I was promised a delivery (via FedEx, their vendor) by Allo of last Friday, November 26.
OK.
Then, I was re-promised a delivery date of tomorrow, December 3. “Do not worry, it will arrive by the end of the week” I was told.
OK.
Then, FedEx offered an actual delivery date of next Monday, December 6.
OK, again.
Now, I hear my shipment is in what is called an “Administrative Delay” that maintains that my box is still in Bangalore.
Not OK.
I am losing faith. I understand about the supply chain issues. But this device is not on a boat waiting to be unloaded. It is coming by FedEx, yet it can’t seem to get out of India.
Is this common? Happily, I ordered through PayPal…
