Yes, they are measurable, and indeed completely irrelevant for a good DAC. Why? Because it’s followed by an async USB connection that couldn’t care less about the rate at which packages arrive at the target or about the behavior of an ALSA buffer that never overflows or underflows. Now, I’d like you to say why you need to hear this so many times?
