For those who enjoy streaming radio and who maybe used to listen to world-band radio (shortwave), take a look at this:
radio.garden (no .com or any extension)
It will bring up Google Earth with thousands of green dots layered on. Each dot is a streaming radio station. Click on the dot and - presto - you are listening to it.
Better still, zoom in on the dot, all the way down to street level! All of a sudden you are walking the streets of Libreville, Gabon, while listening to Africa No.1, or sitting on a dock on the False River in New Roads LA listening to blues and gospel on KPCP!
