Petermann. Do i need a keyboard and mouse to install Ubuntu server and hook it with HDMI to my TV !! With Roon Rock i can see the webGui with my iMac and i find it easy this way.
It’s easier to use for installation keyboard and screen.
But after setting up (network and ssh) you don’t need them anymore.
Petermann. I need some help installing Ubuntu with Asset. I wanna give this a try. Do i need too work with a terminal and do i need a ubuntu ssh account.

At first make a backup of your Roon database.
Then create a bootable usb stick with the wished ubuntu server (I’ll preferr the LST version) and go through the installation.
Here you’ll format your discs, create an user (also needed for ssh connection) and setup the network.
After that you can install Roon core and restore your database with the backup.
Then you can install asset
