Please review my account as its several years old, do I really need to have my post cleared?

The community account you are using on the forum was created on the 20 Mar 2025, just a few days ago.

Your forum account Trust Level (TL) was initially “new user”, I can see it is now “basic user”.
The next level is “member” which will be automatic granted when your forum active satisfy the next trust level criteria.

IIRC with a TL of “basic user”, your posts should no longer be referred for approval.
