Docker image for Alarm Clock extension

I created a Docker image for the Alarm Clock extension!

This is intended for those who prefer to run extensions in separate containers and do the container management themselves.

There is an amd64 image that can be run on linux PCs and the more powerful models of the Synology and QNAP NAS’es, and there is an arm32v6 image that can be run on a Raspberry Pi or comparable ARM based SBC.
