Based on the symptoms, it still sounds like you’re experiencing the issue mentioned below:

The ticket covering this issue is still open in our tracker, and scheduled to be looked at by a developer soon. That said, I don’t think we’re going to get a fix into our next release, unfortunately. Sorry I don’t have a more specific time frame here – we know in some cases this is resolved by tweaking battery optimization settings, but there are also cases where that doesn’t help.
