If the sound is normal I think it should be ok. As for the display, that’s not what I read from two reviews. You will need to contact Hegel to confirm. You may also try another music playback software such as JRiver to see whether the behavior for playing DSD64 (without conversion to PCM) is different - I doubt it would.

I know you don’t really want a windows device in. there but some cheap options do exist that could be loaded up with auto login and Roon Bridge plus the correct ASIO drivers you need.
