The product specifications for the new Nucleus One say that certain functions using DSD like upsamlpling might not be possible?? That’s why I’ve asked.
This is nothing to do with the Lumin its down to the N1 being pretty limited cpu wise It may or may not work, dependant on what the source being upsampled is, how many zones you have, many other things its doing at the same time if you using any addtional DSP.
If you have no further DSP enabled, I don’t think DSD upsampling below DSD256 alone would be unachievable from a quad core Celeron reportedly used in Nucleus One. It appears not to be fanless.
