Roon uses the R128 standard, the loudness war website uses crest factor.

There’s a feature request to make crest factor a selectable option:

Select "R128" or "Crest Factor" DR

A switch setting to select either “R128” or “Crest Factor” Dynamic Range. Adding Crest Factor DR would allow an easy comparison with http://dr.loudness-war.info, whereas R128 does not.
