E1DA 9038D Crashes RopieeeXL

Hi

I’ve been using an E1DA 9038SG3 USB DAC with RopieeeXL on a RPi4 which has worked well. I got a new E1DA 9038D and when I connect it to the RPi4 via USB, Roon Bridge dies on the RPi4 as does RopieeeXL: no access to the web GUI with disconnecting the 9038D and power cycling the RPi4.

Are there any diagnostics I can look at to see what is happening?

Problem solved was because the PSU I was using couldn’t supply enough current.
