exaSound Gamma Server - Scanning never ending

I just received my new Gamma server that I will use with a future exaSound multichannel DAC. The Roon server is on and files have been imported and scanned successfully.

However, the scanning process is still running (the rolling icon) and seems to never end. Is this a known issue for exaSound?

Gamma server firmware is v41.

We have one similar case and we have submitted log files to Roon Partner Support.
Please send us diagnostic data from your Gamma.
