I experience occasional drop outs on my Sonos speakers. I was wondering if enabling “exclusive mode” under “device setup” might prevent drop outs? So I went into device set up for my Sonos speakers but the option to enable Exclusive mode does not appear? Can you advise how to ensure exclusive mode is set up for my Sonos speakers.
P.S. Exclusive mode does show up as an option in device settings for my other endpoints.

It just doesn’t and won’t for Sonos devices.
How are your Sonos devices connected to your network? Explain your network setup as this will also help.
Hi, I have a Sonos five and soundbar both are connected to hardwired receptacles using cat6 cable. The receptacles run through a 16 port netgear switch connected to my router. My Roon server resides on my iMac (2020). Hope that helps?
