Export as mp3 files

I like to have my music also in my car. Therefore I have to have my flac files converted to mp3.
My question: How can I export my playlist converted to mp3 ready to play in my car?

I have a USB stick in my car, and every month or so I do exactly what you’re aiming for.

I’m on a Mac, so use XLD, a simple but excellent converter. I literally drag my entire library on to it, and come back a few hours later and it’s all done. (Obviously I could be more efficient by only doing new things, but honestly it’s like 3 clicks this way, and I do it overnight)

If you’re on Windows, it looks like Freeac is a good alternative to XLD.
