Hi, I have a Qnap Nas drive with Roon App on it. I'm going to have to do a factory reset on the Qnap. I will loose the App temporary. I have my password for logging back in. Is this all I need. I have backed up all my music on an external drive. So thats not lost. If you could please respond before Saturday, as I would like to recover my system. Many thanks.
