This dac/amp natively supports DSD up to 512. Both Roon and Roon Arc convert DSD to 352 kHz PCM. Can this be changed moving forward so that DSD can be passed to this dac?
I’m guessing that your streamer is using DSP over PCM, which means you won’t get DSD512, since the maximum sample rate is 768 kHz.
Please share screenshots of your signal path and device settings, and confirm what device the DAC is connected to.

Separately, really good performance from a dirt cheap dac/amp. Using Oppo PM-3, gone but still great.
