[Fixed in #223] Roon ARC won't start on an Android 9 device after EA #222 update

My Arc won’t start anymore after the update on my Android. :frowning:
I tried more than 5 times installation from both AppStore/APK include Remote APP.
Note that RoonServer and Win’s Remotes are OK, they are b1355 already.
What was wrong?

I wonder ARC B222 does not support my Android 9, dosn’t ?
Anyhow I jost ARC itself on my ROON EA environment. :smiling_face_with_tear:

Which device are you using with this?

Android 9 is just on the cusp of our support, so it might suffer a bit compared to newer devices. Do you have any other device options to use?

Unfortunately I only have Android 9 phone (ASUS X01BDA).
BTW, ARC B212 production with RoonServer B1355 EA is working w/o new feature i.e. Smart Download.

Hi, @Osamu_SHIOTANI, an update here. I created a ticket for our dev team. There might be an issue which is specific to Android 9 support. I hope our dev team will be able to find a solution soon.
