In my opinion, Roonarc is used to use the library - not to administer it.

Sure, but other people have other opinions. If your suggestion is only for ARC specifically, you should probably mention it in the title.
Personally, I agree that deleting in ARC is a bit much, but I’d like to be able to edit metadata.
In any case, general permission management in profiles, as suggested in the other thread, would solve this and other problems
