This is the first generation unit. The specs are identical to the current unit except there is no SPDIF input and no knob for volume control. The volume control can still be done over USB using the device volume control.
It can only drive regular headphones, I can add the headphone adapter for $10 if you want it.
Comes with a full 1-year warrantly.
