Original accessories (includes assorted tips and EU Schuko power cord although you can use any compatible mains cord; I used a UK 3 pin XLO cable) together with the original packaging.
Tested and works perfectly and is in very good condition.
I used it with a ROCK 7i3 Nuc and it made a considerable improvement to the sound.
