I’m always one to tinker and my spare RPi4 looks lonely.
Has anyone had/got experience with the Geekworm DACPi X950 combo case/DAC.
Cost wise the case looks really good but more concerned on SQ from the DAC. I’m trying to setup another head-fi rig and need to minimise to 2 boxes. Amp + RPi/DAC.
All views welcome or other recommended options appreciated.

Those who are aware of my equipment, my little Sabaj valve head-fi amp had significant hum and digital interference feedback after setting up this Geekworm kit.
In use with my Magni 3, the feedback was gone. SQ is good with the Magni 3. Compared to my Topping E30, it’s cleaner on the E30. Compared to an Allo DAC hat, it’s not as good as the Allo either.
The DAC hat is not perfect but neither does it sound terrible.
To my surprise it sounded pretty good from the DAC hats headphone socket. Only a 3.5mm affair but ok. As a one box solution on a very tight budget (if you can get a RPi4) it’s ok.
This will suffice my needs for my second Head-Fi system and in a one box solution.
