I suggest opening a ticket via Support > Get Help because this isn’t normal. Though you probably have to re-allow Roon network permissions in macOS once after an update, at least if running the server on the Mac. (I’ve had to do this once or maybe twice since Sequoia but I only run the GUI app on macOS, not the server. Never had to on iOS. And haven’t had to reinstall ARC in the past year or so)
