Getting new music onto your server

I think there are a lot of people here who run Roon Server on a computer (or NAS?) without a monitor. That’s what I plan to do (eventually feeding the music to my PS Audio DAC via the PS Audio Bridge 2).

So a question occurred to me: How do you get new music onto the server? Is this something I can do using Roon Remote?

I just make the Music directory on the Server a network shared folder and copy/move files to it from my PC Remote. It’s not something that is done within Roon.

I rip CDs on my desktop PC using DBpoweramp, or download purchased music onto the same PC. I then check/fix the metadata before copying the album folder across to the server that holds the music library folder. Like andybob, the music library folder is a network shared folder.
