After tracking down a 09/2020 BXNUC10i7FNH1 on eBay and shifting from the MBP back to the ROCK and restoring the latest database backup, I’m seeing what you all expected the first time around:
This device was more than $300 cheaper than the original incorrect spec NUC and came with 32gb of RAM included.
