To be serious for a change.
I did post that upcoming auction of Knopfler gear in the guitars thread with the thinking that it would be interesting and entertaining.
Even I didn’t think it would go that crazy.
But yes the world has gone daft.
At a recent motorcycle auction someone paid over $70k for a Kawasaki two stroke triple. Insane!

As I mentioned elsewhere. Knopfler Pensa Suhr was offered to us for $7k. I thought it was a very well designed/implemented guitar.
