Having trouble after updating to 1.7

me too . It works for a while and after I log in TIDAL , I got a crash. So it never work again.

Before upgrade to 1.7,roon worked well . After upgrade ，at first,it worked for a while. And when log in TIDAL , it crashed. So I restarted roon, it never go into the mail window , it diectly crashed .
So I uninstall and reinstall it 1.7 .Just don’t work ,same dirctly crashed.

Thanks for the info, @haitao_yang! May I ask you to follow instructions described here and send us a zip package with logs from your core machine? Could you please do it via your GDrive or Dropbox? If that’s no convenient for you, let me know, and we’ll find another method to do this.

I reinstall 1.5 (build 354) 64bit ，It works.

Sorry 1.5 can just go into the main windows ，and show me “there was an issue loading your database”
