In this period I found a HUGE collection of classical music in SACD format and HD flac. The problem is that I am quite ignorant about the conductors, the musicians and so on, then I cannot make a sort of what to keep and what to put away. Does someone know an equivalent site of All Music dedicated to classical music with votes, suggests, review…? It would be enormously appreciated

Maybe gramophone.co.uk There used to be a book called The Record Shelf Guide to the Classical Repertoire, but I think it is dated now. Also try discogs.com
BTW, with amazingly cheap storage available, why not load all versions? Roon will show each performance in a nice list, and you can sample them to find out what kind of recording and/or performance pleases you.
