When I hide an album or a track I still see the hidden album or track. so it is not hidden when I just shuffle play my library i get hidden tracks too. So what is the use of hiding? I don’t want to listen to those songs but not wanting to delete them either. Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks I changed that. But no effect. I still see the hidden album. And when shuffle play is on it still uses the lossy hidden tracks.
Doesn’t make much sense. Hidden albums should no longer show in your album browser’s overview. Hidden duplicates you can still see in the versions tab.
Also: Where and how do you start play? Hidden tracks are just hidden, not banned. Depending on where you start play, you may have to ban those albums.
PS: If you don’t like (to listen to) those lossy albums, why even leave them in your Roon watched folders? Move them out of the watched folder if you want to keep them or simply delete them.
O.k. clear i indeed hide my lossy album on my rock server after adding the tidal version. So i indeed should see both understanding your feedback. Not how i would want to present it but o.k. still puzzles me that roon is playing the hidden tracks when I’m activating shuffle play
