HiFiBerry Amp2 and FLAC

G’day,

Can this be done?

Setup a Raspberry Pi 3B with a HiFiBerry Amp2 to power a pair of stereo speakers. Run RoPieee OS to create a RoonBridge.

Play FLAC 16/44 and 24/96 files using this setup. I haven’t been able to find the specs for the DAC on the HiFiBerry Amp2 to find out what it supports.

Yes, that will work. I have two of these setup in my house for “non-critical” listening.

Looking at the specs, I think it will handle 24/192 files. I have a few of these in my library and they indeed work.
