Will Roon run on High Sierra?
I’ve been running Roon in High Sierra since the first Developers beta.
I haven’t had any issues at all.

Just to reinforce the previous note, I’ve been running Roon (all components) on High Sierra since Friday, 10/6/17, on a 2014 Mac Mini. Works great. It even appears to have fixed a system time problem I was having.
It stills works fine for me, went through High Sierra release and now on 10.13.2 Beta since the 18th.
No issues at all.
