You’ve got the “zipped” file there (it has the .tar extension). You need to extract the ffmpeg file from the tar archive and put that into the Codecs folder.
OK - so I have to unzip the *xz file and then unzip the *tar file. OK didn’t understand that. But now it looks like this and still doesn’t work.
You must extract/copy only FFMPEG file from TAR archive, and not the TAR archive itself (like you did).

Don’t worry, this is an usual mistake" to many users (I mean copy TAR file, instead of FFMPEG file).
