I have a Nucleus with an Internal HD and an XHD - SSD connected via USB to the Nucleus.
The IHD contains the previous owner’s audio files, some of which I will keep and some I want to delete.
I’m in the Folders area of the software but I don’t see a means of deleting full album files? Can you direct me to the cleanest way to remove a full album. (I have hundreds I need to remove.) Is this better done outside of the software?
Secondly, I have many albums in both audio formats: Some are: FLAC 44.1khz 16bit and some are: AIFF 44.1 khz 16bit – I can think of no reason to save both versions – FLAC and AIFF. Is there a preferred format for the Roon software?
There is no urgency to these questions as I’m just beginning the process. Many thanks, in advance. monk
