How to configure Allo Piano Dac 2.1 w/o ssh?

Hi all,

I’ve been a long-time Ropieee user and just upgraded to the newer version that doesn’t have SSH enabled. Is there any way to configure the DAC? Previously, I’ve used alsamixer to set the presets, as the default does not have the right settings. I’ve tried fiddling with the image after it’s been dd’d out to the sdcard but haven’t had any luck getting ssh to start up.

switch to the beta channel from the browser interface advanced tab, reboot and use ssh to make changes with alsamixer as needed, then switch back to stable channel if that’s your preference for future updates … should work?
